From the Constitution:

“nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;” (5th amendment)

“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” (14th amendment)

The US Constitution acknowledges, and codifies, the fact that government has no legal authority to take life without due process of law-ie-the person is accused, tried, and convicted of a capital crime.

So, yes, conservatives are PROLIFE.

Conservatives are conserving US Constitutional law AND honoring God’s laws-which the Declaration of Independence & US Constitution set out to do as well.

So any Conservative that supported the war on Terror, you know, the killing of terrorists, Iraq Republican Guard, Taliban, etc. that's not really killing because they've been tried and convicted to death already? Or are pacifists only Conservatives then by your strict interpretation?

(14th Amendment) By that definition, wouldn't keeping Homosexual's from having the liberty to choose a life together be unconstitutional? Or does the mental image of two men naked rolling in the sack together make you shiver so much that you're going to go all biblical on us?

I think I have a solution to all of this.

Some of you get together and start the "Little Baby Jesus" party. It'll be made up of all the things you can dream about being the perfect white, Christian fundamentalist conservatives that you think you are and then you can rise to power as one. Sound good?
