A spokesman for the Roman Catholic church condemned the council's decision last night, warning that the children's welfare could be jeopardised. This story is absolutely frightening.

Won’t be too long before you can be punished for speaking out about this. Hate crime, ya know.

RIDICULOUS!!!
The ridiculous laws being imposed on its citizens is good reason to NOT be English
Are the out-of-control social workers going to take away any children born to women in their late 30’s and 40’s because they will be “too old” to raise them?????!!!!

Forced adoptions by gays ~ time to start rolling back the clock, and State Department definitely has some more UK council people to put on the "no entry" lists.
Wonder if they'd do that to a Moslem over there.

Just another step along the path to seniorcide.

Just another step along the path to seniorcide. With a large baby boomer generation living longer, this will place a great stress on society. It is just a matter of time before the "right to die" becomes the obligation to die.

They agreed to an adoption only after they faced being financially crippled by legal bills.
Legal bills?
Legal bills??!!

The English people voted this crap in and they are going to have to get themselves out. We have enough problems trying to keep the liberal lemmings over here from doing the same thing to us.

I heard a wealthy tycoon has hired a top flight attorney to help the grandparents get the kids back. The Catholic Church is also helping. This is police state facism.

they were ruled to be too old - at 46 and 59. WTF - many mothers BECOME mothers at 46 - ditto dads become dads at 59.
This is truly one step too far.
I was raised in my formative years by my grandparents - from age 3 to 11. They were in their 70's! A better, more loving and nurturing childhood could not be had. Indeed, after that - my mother took us from the farm - life was quite horrific. Had it not been for the years with my grandparents to fall back on as a testament that people could be good, kind and loving, I think my life would have been much different.
I hope these grandparents can find a good lawyer that will take this all the way to the Supreme Court. But you notice that the gestapo says if they continue to fight for their grandchildren, they won't even be allowed to see them.
Who can sanely argue that children wouldn't be better raised in a home with their biological family than with strangers?
Truly frightening.

Not surprising, considering how the UK has been for 50 years. Coming to a country near you, really soon.
Having said that, I wonder what would’ve happened had they tried that with a Pakistani couple???

Note to young people having indiscriminate sex:
This could be one of the consequences!!!
This could happen to your child!!!
/I make this statement as a 40 year old grandmother fostering and in the process of adopting our two year old granddaughter./
