Phelp’s mother was a teacher. Most teachers who had Phelps told his mother the same thing, her son wouldnt amount to much. Phelp’s Mom never said too much to them as she didnt want to make waves etc.
I’m aware that he had a hard time concentrating in school.
He has severe ADHD. Swimming saved him.
