To: Lady GOP

The Olympics will not allow him to compete, if this is proven. It may be okay personally, but that doesn’t stick with the committee that will decide whether his usage of the substance that he is inhaling amounts to gaining unfair advantage.

I saw that. It is not sports drugs though. He was a kid drunk at a college party. It was complete stupidity. Im just thinking who doesnt have a son who has done something stupid like this.

How can anyone “prove” a photo taken from the side and behind?

It maybe, sorta, kinda, possibly, might look vaguely like Phelps, but all he needs to say is “it isn’t me.”

If I recall correctly, the Olympic Committee requires blood tests, not photos from “News Of The World”.

I’m not saying this is faked - chances are, it’s not - but in the age of PhotoShop, a photo shouldn’t be considered proof of anything. They’ll have to catch him with drugs in his possession or bloodstream to take any action on this.
