I sure hope you folks in KY have someone lined up to run against Beshear when it's time. I recall Katrina response got that exact result.

Blanco was voted out but Nagin was reelected.

Yes Grizzled, I couldn't quite figure that out. There is hope though, If LA can end up with such a great Gov, any state can.
