Good to hear that forecasts are improving, but they also improved just before we got that record cold in Maine and Illinois. Anythings possible this winter (heavy snow Vegas, Scadanavian Canals freezing, Snow in Dubai, etc. etc.

Unfortunatly the new-found information from satellites and statistical models is what fuels manbearpig. Without this new level of awareness it would be 1956 all over again.

Gonna be the real verses the theoretical. Reality verses pipe dreams. The manbearpig could not walk down a single main street in Kentucky right now without a security detail. That is reality.

Yes there is, but don't ask me. LOL My brothers do it to all three houses on the property. There is also a way to wire an outside outlet, to run everything you need. But the man of the house is the electrician, I wouldn't know the first thing about how he did ours.

Very interesting. Air Cargo is also way down right now. Less cargo flights. Passenger flights only took a small hit so far. There has been small amounts of freezing rain on the west Appalachians tonight. Well at least small compared to the 3 incher last week. Something big is building in the gulf.
