Suggestion here. In case people loose communication, Internet, phones, etc........break out the CB Radios. I don’t believe there is anyway to block them.

Yep. We're working that out right now. As it stands, I have 3 levels of communication. Email, cell phone, and Pony Express. Not everyone has CB or even short wave.
It isn't fool proof, but it is better than what we had before this.
