unspun, you are spinning your wheels. No Court is going to hear any case regarding Obama's citizenship at this time. After Obama was given the nod and after the electoral college votes were certified by congress, the only way to remove Obama is by the impeachment process, and that is not going to happen.

At this point it doesn't matter if the plaintiff has "standing", the court does not have "jurisdiction."

Maybe he's an illegal alien. The problem is not that he's an illegal alien, the problem is that he is the president. Let's work to make sure he is not re-elected. Acting like 9/11 truthers and alleging massive cover-ups and conspiracies is not going to accomplish that purpose. It is just going to make us all look like nut cases.

1. Please read my post, it’s not just about the success in the court, it’s also about haunting the very impression of Barack Obama among Americans and even internationals.

2. The federal Judiciary has the power and duty to declare an invalid and fictitious presidential election invalid and fictitious. All it needs is the case, the evidence, the intellectual honesty, and the guts.

That's absurd. It's a de novo, never-been-tried Constitutional issue for 55 Federal death row prisoners.
