Only slightly more effort would have been required to report just why the cop had "a reasonable suspicion that the passenger may be armed and dangerous".

I got frisked at the airport last year. I am a dangerous looking terrorist type, you know, five foot three, gray haired granny, late sixties, scary looking. The black woman who frisked me felt the plastic clip I had on my waist band for my phone and she almost screamed in fright. She must have thought I had a gun in my waist band. She had been so scared by whoever trained her she was a nervous wreck. She did not belong in that job.

So, you can no longer risk being either a driver or a passenger on the government (formerly public) roads.

Good to know.

JACK BLACK SAYS SUPREME COURT CAN BE FRISKED.

(UP) Jack Black, notorious Freeper and freedom advocate, today ruled that Supreme Court justices may be frisked at will by American citizens. In his ruling Black noted that the justices have consistently sided with the police in diminishing citizen rights.

“With this ruling I am now permitting average citizens to stop and frisk the Justices. It is my hope that citizens use this new right with discretion. Justices who have, for instance, voted to uphold the second ammendment might to be spared this indignity. The statist criminals who vote for evey bad law their liberal buddies think up, on the other hand, need to have their cocktail party circuit disturbed a bit. A lot of taxi drivers and doormen may now accomplish this via pat-down searches on the judges.
For instance, checking to see what exactly Ruth Bader Ginsberg has in her purse must be deemed a classic case of ‘turn about is fair play’ at this point” said Black.

Several justices were contacted for their comments however none were available by press time.

Professor Stanislaw Lubowski, professor of Constitutional Law at the Cascade Free State University, commented “it is about time that ordinary citizens remind the posers on the Court whose Constitution it is”

reporting by Lucy Kroptkin and A.J. Nock IV for UP.
