Post #210 doesn’t *quite* say he was on an Indonesian passport, nor that he was attending as a foreign student, but...
Agreed. The states working to pass laws to check for eligibility need to insure and specifically say there is a “no grandfather clause” plus specific requirements like a detailed BC, etc.
Assuming that SCOTUS fails to get a case that is just right and they fail to do their job - we need to make sure he ponies up a BC next time. My guess is a good forgery can be made in 4 years. :-(
Exactly. I wonder how long he used the Indonesian passport. If it was after his 21st birthday, and he never became naturalized or swore alleigance to the US after that, he isn’t even a US citizen of any kind whatsoever. If I am wrong, someone correct me. But from everything I’ve read, that’s the specs.
I agree with you, it is a stretch. As for remembering people from the past, I can not remember maybe ten that I graduated with and that might be a stretch.
A U.S. citizen's exercising the rights of dual citizenship does not revoke his U.S. citizenship unless he specifically intends to renounce U.S. citizenship, according to the Supreme Court's decision in Afroyim v. Rusk.
(you know, the things the obots don't like to dwell on let alone discuss.)
Thank you for the reference material.
Mr. Berg filed his False Claim Act Lawsuit on 11/7/08. Mr. Obama was a private citizen on 11/7/08. Election was over but he was not president elect until 1/8/2009. Furthermore, he had resigned from his post as US senator. The time of filing, 11/7/08, may have been by design.
I hear you. We may not have a Constitution any longer. I think Orly, Berg and others need to send more cases to SCOTUS with AMERICAN military personnel.
If they are denied or found to have “no standing” then we need to let the military know. They are are swearing an oath to a fictional Constitution.
Interesting, I did not know that. Thanks.
Thanks for the ping, Nully.
*Wrong*
Ronald Reagan's *original* "long form" *birth certificate* is *prominently* "displayed" at the *Reagan Library*.
Gosh..., I didn’t know a court issued an order requiring him to do that... my..., my.... Did they think he was not qualified and that’s why a court issued the order.. LOL...
Oh..., maybe you’re not talking about a court order, but the law that required Reagan to display that. Pray tell..., what law required that “display”...?
Do you know for a fact that Ronald Reagan, when elected President of the United States submitted his *original* "long form" *birth certificate* to the Chief Justice of the United States, the major media outlets and the Congressional Leadership?
The entire argument that “no other President had to present his long form birth certificate” and therefore 0bama is perfectly right not to present his and we are all crazy wingnuts to even bring up the topic is akin to comparing a piece of excrement to a piece of fruit.
No other President (besides the Arthur thing) had a clouded background and history with grave doubts about his natural born status or even possibily citizenship.
I take such comments as I would someone farting - I move on...

Well..., by golly, Ronald Reagan didn’t need a court order because he didn’t place his long form birth certificate under seal.
As someone who was a natural born citizen, he proudly displayed his Constitutional requirement and didn’t hire an army of lawyers to fight the display.
I know for a fact that Ronald Reagan’s long form birth certificate is displayed at his library. The Chief Justice, major media outlets and Congressional Leadership know that as well.
Ahhh.., yes, there is a big difference between being required to display it and volunteering to display it.
I would have thought — by now — most here would know that difference. That’s the crux of the whole issue — no one is *required* to display or show it, on the qualifications issue.
Yes, but was Ronald Reagans long form birth certificate displayed prominently displayed in his Presidential Library before Reagan took the Oath of Office?
