One of the very first cases there was a writ of certiorari where Obama should have shown documents. Instead he hired the CAIR terrorist hamas attorney to ask for dismissal. Then DNC nor Obama showed any documents whatsoever when it would have been that easy to get this over with months ago. In effect the DNC and Obama said they had no documents to show. No they did not have to show them. They can do exactly what they did and deny and ask for dismissals. Just remember for anything to go to SCOTUS there is merit. They are saying you, a citizen, have no standing or right to ask the Constitution to be upheld. What happened to government being servants of the people as Obama claimed last week? You are nothing to the DNC or Obama.
So what you are saying is Obama is above us all? What is it you will get out of Obama? Free healthcare? No taxes? Income tax refund without paying federal taxes? You want more military killed in Afghanistan? You like babies dying alone after botched abortions? You want African Americans killed off by Obama's abortion on demand policies? Which is it? Or maybe you just hate America like Obama and Michelle? You think the people are the problem? Or is it capitalism that bothers you because you don't want to work and you want some of the money handed to you?
As for freepers being self appointed experts, if that means they do not take Obama's books and website for truth, but they do their own research, then yeah, they are experts. Over and above anything you have posted they are scholars. Intelligent people ask questions and think things through. Lemmings accept the easy way over the cliff everytime. My hope is Obama will go to prison for the millions of dollars of wire fraud charges. He does not belong near the white house. He is not my President.
I like Robert Spencer and it does concern me that an attorney who acted against him was part of Obama's legal team in another case.

I'm not sure that is always true. I think the Supreme Court gets to decide if there is merit or not.
