Why should ANY U.S. tax dollars fund abortions abroad? Does that make ANY sense? Anyone here want to try to defend that as the U.S. sinks in national debt?

Since when has America been obligated to provide for foreigners, pay their bills, build the infra-stucture of of other countries, feed them or give them health care etc?
What, it’s not enough to murder infants at home, the practice has to be sent abroad? Hamas likes murdering infants as well.
