Sounds like cruel and unusual punishment to force them to go to DC... :-)
I would not argue against that for a second.
On second thought, sending them to Democrat controlled Congressional Districts would be better.
In fact, Kathy Castor’s District in Tampa, Florida could use about 10 of them because they hate President Bush and love terrorists so much.
