A bustle is put on the back of a ‘trained’ wedding gown so it may be lifted during dancing. You may be thinking of a ‘gusset’, which was added to her dress during the acceptance. And......that was ONE HELL of a gusset job. OK. If I’m being pedantic, hit me! LOL!
