Once it becomes legitimate to call Coburn a RINO is when there is NO conservative representation in DC. That moment has come.
Maybe what he meant was “I hope the country succeeds with him as president.” I doubt it though. What I think he was saying is, “Look, I’m magnanimous and above the fray.”

I had hopes for Thad McCotter, but he voted for the GM bailout... and don’t tell me “of course, he’s from Michigan”...
