Sarah Palin is NOT going to be thrilled with this.

The woman who edged out the former veep candidate for the title of Miss Alaska 1984 is slotted to perform at not one, but two inaugural balls in Washington, D.C.

Maryline Blackburn, who eventually traded in her tiara for a career as a professional singer, plans to celebrate Barack Obama's ascension to the presidency with gigs at swanky bashes hosted by star musicians Ludacris and Dionne Warwick.

Unfortunately that fell through when they realized she has the IQ of a Popsicle.

Hey! Don't be trash-talking Popsicles, now.

You know.

Based on looks alone, that Ms Alaska shouldn’t even have been in a beauty pageant, never mind the winner of one.

Earlie today, I was watching Neil Cavuto’s show on Fox. He was interviewing people like Gov Tim Pawlenty of Minn and Gov John Huntsman of Utah. Both of ‘em were in the studio with Cavuto. I’m guessing they were there for the Inaugural.

A little bit later, Glen Beck was interviewing Sarah Palin and she was in Alaska. I guess Palin decided to skip the Inaugural events.

Good for her.

I suspect that we still haven’t heard the last (unfortuately) of Caroline Kennedy.

There was a TV clip earlier today on Fox that said that Gov David Patterson was gonna appoint Caroline Kennedy to the Senate. Patterson then appeared, denying that he had made a decision.

I don’t doubt that the powers that be have applied loads and loads of pressure on Patterson to appoint Kennedy to the Senate.

Good, they will have to hide her the entire time, just like they have been since her first disaster of an interview. As punishment for having no backbone Patterson can go down with her in two years.

looks like an affirmative action politically correct pick to me. so, she became a singer, has anyone ever heard of her before this, I doubt it. Let’s see a Governor vs little known or unknown singer who lives in Smyrna, GA (according to Wikopedia.) I’ll bet Sarah is really burning up with jelousy over that.

Obama is an slick slimy creature to be sure.

He invited the Wasilla Marching Band to his inauguration.

WABC radio interviewed the kids, making sure we all knew they were from Wasilla, ALASKA but commenting that the kids made no political comments since they were too young to vote.

"Sarah was very nice, but very calculating," Blackburn told the Daily News Monday. "You could tell she was always thinking, 'What's going to be my next move?'

September 9th, before they decided to go with "Sarah Palin: clueless Caribou Barbie, totally out of her depth"

Only a total liberal would think this would bother Palin. Since when was she ever in the entertainment business? She only did the beauty contest thing to win money anyway. Liberals know they would be pissed off about something like this and they are hoping it will T off Sarah. Talk about an obsession!
