Obama is now set to reverse or repeal Bush's Executive Orders, but he may leave the last one alone because, on first appearances, it looks helpful to his transition.

But the big question is "Besides aides and advisers, who else is covered by this? What happpens when an investigation is launched? Could Obama stop it in its tracks by repealing this EO?

OB may have issued EO, but don't the still have to pass the AG office and in fact be cleared as being constitutional? Looks like he missed a step.

Off topic:
We always turn the news on in the AM to see what's happenin...This morning the common-tater was listing all of Bo error/missteps on his first day. Made a comment about in being amateur but said he suppose we might give him the benefit of doubt and then listed the errors again......Funny how he made his point....amateurs??
