No action has been taken on Libby. His sentence has neither been commuted or pardoned.

Not to defend Jorge, but I do believe that Libby's sentence was commuted back in 2007.

OK, you’re right, the sentence was commuted, and the reason I believe President Bush gave at the time was that it was “excessive”. Which has been the argument all along about Ramos and Compean.
