Exactly right. If Bush had the balls I thought he had 8 years ago, he would have pardoned them a long time ago.

He waited all this time, even pardoned drug dealers, then on his last day in office, commutes their sentences.

I hope they can raise the money for their fines--$10,000 someone said--but they have families to support. What happens if they can't raise the money?
