when I go to a doctors appointment with my kids for a prenatal check up - I shouldn't have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get into the office.......I smoked in the delivery room. So did the OB/GYN.
Of course, this was in 1982 and 1984, when people actually valued their freedom.

Tobacco ashes are very near if not entirely sterile.

I have read much whining about nonsmokers here and there on this site. Please reread the context of what I have written. I never made any statement saying anybody could not smoke. I just stated that I have rights also just as you have. But they do not always coincide. I don't complain when I walk through or into a smoking area. Please quit whining about someone wanting their smoke free air.
