I’m telling you, this guy has very limited political instincts. The media got him elected, but they won’t be able to protect him from himself over the next four years. It will become apparent very early on that this guy is not up to the job....and we will all suffer for it...thanks to the MSM.

I have a copy of a picture of Abe Lincoln standing on the capitol steps giving his Second Inaugural Address. The capitol steps are crowded (some say with John Wilkes Booth on the top step), but I doubt that anyone watching past the third row could hear him.
So why did we study the derided Gettysburg Address and the Second Inaugural Address in American Lit back in the '40's? Certainly his PR was bad, and the media of that day was rabidly against him.
By the same token, the adulation of our present day media isn't going to insure B. Hussein Obama's place on Mt Rushmore.
