Clouds of Methane May Mean Life on Mars

Is there life on Mars? We don't know but there's more good evidence there may be.
NASA and Science magazine will announce Thursday afternoon that large amounts of methane have been found on the Red Planet, which could be a sign of biological activity.

I think that you just said what I said. The only creature made in the image of God is indeed man. The only place that man exists is on the Earth, so my statement that the only life made in the image of God (which is man) is on Earth. I don't think that the Bible is implicit about the expanse of life in the universe, but the only place that He sent His Son was indeed the Earth. I just think that it's a fairly safe bet that life won't be found on other planets. If life is found on Mars or Jupiter or even Pluto, that certainly indicates that eretz has a meaning beyond our current understanding. I agree.

Whoops, we do agree. Please accept my apologies. I mis-interpreted your statement about life on earth being created in God’s image. You used the word “only,” which I ignored, and that made all the difference.
