Yepper - my wife carries an old Browning Belgique, 9-shot semi. I told he,r if she ever has to shoot someone, to follow the body mass down and keep squeezing until it says “click”, then change mags before further assessing the situation. The theory being that if someone is being bad enough to rate shooting, they rate meeting their Maker for judgment.

Absolutely. If the only option is to use deadly force, fire until the slide locks back and there is no more threat.
What people will do for a little money sometimes amazes me.

that if someone is being bad enough to rate shooting, they rate meeting their Maker for judgment.and it removes some lawyers from one's future that, any more in most states, won't likely win anything but they can still make life uncomfortable as they pursue the judicial lottery.
