Sad to hear this as he was a nice guy and a more than good actor. First recall seeing him in
Battleground where he played Roderigues and those King Khan pecs made the ladies swoon in both the TSO "Star Trek" and 25 years later in
Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan. Toss in many, many other equally finely acted roles in between and beyond, and the sum of his parts are many.
Ricardo Montalban was much more than just the guy Hervé Villechaize told the plane was coming.

...those King Khan pecs made the ladies swoon in both the TSO "Star Trek" and 25 years later in Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan. I'm pretty sure Ricardo wore a false chest in the second Trek feature film. His physique years earlier in Space Seed was not a creation of the props and makeup department, though.
I was just thinking of him earlier today - that scene in TOS where his anger flared up and he shouted: "We offered the world ORDER!..." I always think of that scene when I read articles about the globalists and their relentless agenda of tearing the United States down.
Rest in peace, Mr. Montalban - you were truly a class act.
