It is the moderates of the R party that selected a candidate that the “base” seriously disliked. The Base voted their conscience, collectively.

Bring forward a worthy, conservative candidate, and this doesn’t occur.

It’s funny, but saying this before, during, and after the primaries, and during the general campaign, brought derision and slurs, much like the ones you pronounce now.

I voted Palin/whats-his-name. Bite me, utahson. You, and those who espouse the BS you spew here, are the problem.

Principle comes before party.

You say something twinkie? My preferred candiate was Fred Thompson, Duncan Hunter or even Mitt. McCain was my second to last choice, in front of the surrender monkey Ron Paul. I voted for McCain and Palin to stop Obama. Many conservatives stayed home or many here on FR voted third party to protest vote. And I will not quit saying that. If you do not like it, that is your problem. I could care less what you think twinkie.
