Put some food out and see if it gets eaten. You’ll find her pretty quick.

When I was working at a weather station in Marysville CA, a feral cat was camped out on the porch. I started feeding her and soon she was jumping on my lap as I sat in the camp chair. She domesticated pretty easily and was VERY protective of her new home. She was the “Weather Kitty” until they close the station. We gave her to the local flight instructor and she prospered.

unlikely to have been feral. Probably just been stray for a long time. A cat that has never ever been a pet does not see humans as companions.
