I've seen plenty of blacks and Hispanics graduating from universities with useful degrees and paying their fair share of their own living expenses/taxes. Where do you live where that is not the case?

Memphis. Denver. Nashville. Atlanta. Los Angeles. Of these, Atlanta and Denver are probably better than the rest.
I work in a hospital setting. The number of free-loaders in our society is breath-taking. I can’t tell you how many 27-year old women I’ve seen who have never worked a day in their lives and aren’t married—most with multiple kids.
This really isn’t that abnormal. High school graduation rates for those over 25 are as follows:
Hispanics - 51% percent
Blacks - 66%
American Indians/Alaska Natives - 66%
Whites - 81%
Asians/Pacific Islanders - 80%
College Degrees:
Asians - 42.7%
Whites - 30.6%
Blacks - 17.0%
Hispanics - 12.2%
