There is one famous journalist who’s unafraid to denounce Barack Obama’s agenda. Legendary left-wing journalist Helen Thomas appeared on Tuesday’s Democracy Now on radical Pacifica Radio, and denounced Obama’s acceptance of pro-Israel U.S. foreign policy: "I think that Obama, during the campaign, made many promises, as every president, potential president does to Israel, that they seem somehow bounded by their promises, promises to uphold all Israeli goals. I don't see how the U.S. can provide F-16s, gunships, Apache gunships, phosphorus, possibly phosphorus, and cluster bombs and so forth to kill helpless people, children who are starving to death."
Thomas also denounced the White House press corps for bowing to Bush yesterday at his final press conference, offering a "platform of self-defense and self-delusion," and then compared the Israelis to the Nazis: "I remember the rabbi who spoke at the Martin Luther King march on Washington. [Rabbi Abraham] Heschel had a cameo appearance, and he said, ‘The greatest sin of all in the Nazi era was silence.’ When you remain silent to the suffering and the incredible aggression against a people, then you are culpable."

Helen is a Palestinian. This is not generally known.
To a Leftist, "Promise them anything, but give them Arpege" is the quintesence of "Truth".
And this is also why NONE of his backers were upset that Obummer was blatent in telling every audience what it wanted to hear, no matter how much it contradicted what he had already "promised" previous audiences.
Jeez, the Palestinians have been “suffering” for forty years that I know of.
Like Sam Kinison used to say about people living in famine area “Move to where the food and water are!”
Helen Thomas never asks—why is anyone “suffering” in Gaza? The Arabs are drowning in petrocash—why is there such a thing as a suffering Arab anywhere in the Middle East, where the religion of peace so prevalent?
The only things the Arabs respect is a strong hand, and that’s what they are getting—in spades.

Danny Thomas was a great philanthropist. So is his daughter, Marlo. But she is a leftist married to another leftist Donohue.
Something tells me that the old bag doesn’t have all that much to be concerned about with O coming to the WH. She’s just trying to make sure that her Messiah wouldn’t think of disappointing and angering her and her fellow Arabists.
The name “Thomas” in her case was, in all likelihood, changed to “Americanize” the family.
The Muslim Messiah had call centers on his behalf in Gaza. There’s no doubt who he owes his allegiance to. Couple that with the Reverend Wright’s anti-Semitic rants and you have an enemy of Israel in the White House. No doubts about that whatsoever in my mind. Liberal Jews, that voted for this enemy of Israel, have turned their backs on their brothers and sisters in Israel. Their God will judge them lacking. I have no doubts about that either.

“Human Rights Watch”, a NGO that never complained when an Israeli disco was blown to bits, went off half cocked about Israel using white phosphorous as a weapon. But even the Red Cross came out and said it was bunk. See:

Just out of curiosity, what does Helen Thomas think of the Hamas leadership who, after being handed the sovereign powers of statehood, used those powers and used that statehood NOT to try to better the lives of their people but to lob rockets at civilians across their border?
Does she have any opinion on THAT?

between the two.However,it was news to me that the Bag was also raised in Detroit(my home town).
I do know the the surname “Thomas” seems to be adopted
by Middle Easterners in Detroit.
Also,why is it that you can have a good man,such as Danny Thomas,and their kids always seem to turn out to be left-wing morons who marry other morons(Donohue)?
