Feel free to post it when you find it. But if it's the same one that's been posted several times, and it doesn't say they don't accept birth certificates as proof of identity. It's saying proof of identity isn't enough for that program, so they need more documentation. Just as proof of identity, or even citizenship is not enough for eligibility to the office of President.
