Things like this are what keeps Playboy afloat. Licensing their logo and their pictures is pure profit-Playboy doesn't actually make the snowboards, they just give the manufacturer the license to use Playboy's intellectual property, in exchange for royalty payments. Plus, this is free advertising.
Playboy magazine is what's known as a "loss leader." It stopped being profitable a while ago and is unlikely ever to come out of the red. Playboy keeps publishing it in order to maintain its "brand."
