Most conservatives are content to let the liberals make a mess of things and think that America will somehow learn a lesson from it all and wake up. What those conservatives don’t or won’t realize is that the snowball rolling downhill will soon become an avalanche headed straight for them.

I look at things that way. Let the Dims and the neo-cons drive this country, and probably human civilization, into the ground. At some point humanity will wake up, even if it takes a trip back to the stone age.

I'm to the point where I feel that's the only option left. I almost voted for Obama for that reason. The sooner everything falls apart the sooner it can get fixed.

Here’s my problem with your thinking - our children and grandchildren deserve a chance.

I’m 39. I guess I am from generation x? My parents were part of the free love generation. They had me when they were 18. They divorced when I was 6 months old. My grandparents raised me. They were from the Depression era. They gave me a great life. They taught me valuable lessons. One thing they taught me was that you don’t give up when it seems like you’ve been licked.

We are limited only by the extent of our ingenuity. Wake up, man!
