Reading this makes me think I woke up to an alternate universe this morning.
WV is still liberal too, but it is competitive at the presidential level but hardly anywhere else. I did not think I would live to see the day that WV went Republican for president and VA went Democrat, but it happened with the popular Oprah’s Choice. People are awaiting “change”, they think.
