I disagree that all mistakes your children make reflect poorly on you. Its by the grace of God many children of righteous people dont get pregnant or arrested for DWI's.

In fact Im betting if you sat down with your 30 year old and she were honest with you you might find there were many things you would think reflected poorly on you.

I think it would however reflect poorly on you if you couldnt forgive and assist them in anyway you could.

It certainly doeswnt disqualify you from any office in the land.
