Oh I agree, but so far the state of Hawaii and the Courts, state and federal, have not agreed. They may, or may not, change their minds after the electoral votes are counted in just over two day.

I hope the Justices have not decided to run on automatic. As the bailouts show, as Madoff shows, as Blago, as the history of corruption going back in America to Tammany Hall shows -- running on automatic ends us up in hell.

There is no way an honest man, a man who respects oaths, a man who respects the wisdom of prior generations, a man who cares at all for the future generations could administer the oath of office to a man whose claim to that office when his disputed qualifications remain uninspected, for that would be a dereliction of duty in pursuit of the status quo -- to have us all to hell on auto pilot.
