Do you at least accept that, before a court orders Obama to produce a document, that what you call "evidence" should have to meet SOME SORT of legal standard?
Since 0bama is hiding/sealing/scrubbing as much evidence as he and his team probably can, the evidence available is not what will be seen (hopefully) when this actually winds up in front of SCOTUS or another court that takes it.
But any rational person who reads all these threads or even some of them with an open mind can see that there is most likely something gravely wrong with his eligibility.
For one thing, his COLB as posted on (iirc) three websites is a forgery. That alone is evidence of wrong doing in itself, and very like wrong doing that the forgery is intended to shelter. Why would anyone use a forged document for evidence of birth if they had a real BC that showed the same thing as the forged document?
