This is probably WAY off base, but in searching .. came across Jamie AdLER ... a guy ... a guy with political connections in the area.

Kaufman Organization has announced the hiring of Jamie Adler as associate salesperson. In his new position, Adler will be focused on general tenant representation.

Prior to joining Kaufman Organization, Adler was the assistant manager for 1-2-1 Advertising where he trained
a ten-person sales team.

While living in Washington D.C., Adler held an internship with Indiana Senator Evan Bayh, where he raised contributions for the Democratic Leadership Council.

Adler graduated from American University with a BA in Law and Society and was named to the Dean’s List.

I think the Jamie Merle Ader with the civil case is aka Jamie Ader-Brown/Jamie Brown. She is in the film industry in CA.

She is 44 and attended Syracuse U. Interestingly her parents (Howard A. Ader and Bonnie F. Raskin) were part of Chicago/Milwaukee society. Her father was involved in Jewish causes in Tarzana, CA.

However, I have no idea what the case is about.
