IIRC, he didn't even answer to a Federal judge's demands If a Federal Judge demanded something from Obama and he did not produce what was demanded, he should be charged with contempt.
Do you happen to know the name of the Federal Judge and what the Federal Judge demanded?

Indeed he should have been held in contempt, but he wasn't. No surprise there.
