No one said she was a minor at the time of his birth. She would have had to been at LEAST 19 to transfer natural born citizenship to him. That is not a minor.
But I believe I was told that O’s mother was not legally an adult, that is age 18, at the time of his birth. I do not know that to have been the case, but my memory bank tells me that I have read that, somewhere.
