The statutes you post would be relevant if Obama were born and adopted after 1981. However, if that were the case, Obama would not be eligible for the presidency due to his age.
And this also totally explains why Michelle said he was born from a “very young, very SINGLE mother”.
Just in case the info that he was born in Kenya managed to come to light, a single mother would still (possibly, if they could get around the age thing) confer US citizenship.

Isn’t there a report of a friend of hers, saying that Obama mamma visited with the newborn in Seattle, and the friend had to change the diaper because Obama mamma didn’t seem to know quite how to manage the task?
