Nationally known environmental law consultant Erin Brockovich says she plans to visit Roane County next week to talk with residents worried about the fallout from TVAs Dec. 22 ash spill.
A lot of people dont feel confident about what theyre being told, she said Wednesday from her California home. Were going to share what we do know and what to anticipate. Well bring along experts and answer some of their questions.
Brockovich, a 48-year-old mother of three, has worked as a television host and describes herself as a self-taught authority on environmental issues. She worked as a law clerk in the 1990s when she began looking into reports of health problems caused by contaminated groundwater in Hinkley, Calif.

Is she going to gin up another fraudulent lawsuit?
Just my opinion of course.

From the article: I'm an enormous animal lover. It killed me to see pictures of a polar bear drifting on a lone piece of ice. You knew he was going to drown.
Obvious sign of Silicone poisoning. The implants must have burst and the crap is leaking OUT of her brain. (heehee)

Last thing they need is an attention whore coming to shove her mug and her udders into the spotlight.
If she honestly gave a tinker's damn about the situation, she'd keep herself and her media circus as far away as possible.

Does she know TVA is a government agency? Or that their security guards are the equivalent to U.S. Marshals? Seriously the quickest and best way to get needed results from TVA is pressure on Congresscritters. Of course in that same county they also have the several times a year anti-nuclear anything protesters show up as well. Roane County is host to some of the Oak Ridge DOD/DOE facilities.

Governmental agencies are one of the biggest targets for militant litiguous EnvironMentalists! All a lawyer needs do is file an allegation, then the court awards the attorney attorney's fees win or lose. Even if it gets settled out of court, without regard to who wins or loses, the attorney is ALWAYS awarded his/her/their fees. It's the GovernMental EnvironMental law!!! (it's also bizarre, by far!!!)
So I guess you could say that regardless of the size of her boosum, she's a real legal fee "milking machine!!!"

Erin Brokovitch is resposible recently for shutting down Riverside Cement which has been in business since before the turn of the century, evidently the plant was emitting a potentially hazardous type of dust, that according to the California Air Resources Board, is eaqual to normal levels next to any freeway, coincidently, the competition cement plants, Cemex (yes mexican) and Mitsubishi are safely out of the city in the nearby Mojave desert,
Erin Brokovitch is a socialist operative

Hi Kingston. Yall sure have a mess up there. My mothers family was from Oakdale, some lived in Harriman for awhile and I still have an uncle in Rockwood. Sure is a horrible way to put Harriman on the map.

Erin is no genius. She was on a commercial played over and over in CA about 10 years ago saying, "...if anyone had the AUDACITY to come in my home and tell me chromium was good..." - only she pronounced "audacity" as "adaucity."
Don't use big words if ya don't know how to pronounce them, hon.

[From the article:] I'm an enormous animal lover. It killed me to see pictures of a polar bear drifting on a lone piece of ice. You knew he was going to drown. She *could* go up to the Arctic and volunteer as a flotation device to help save them...
