The “nays” have a plurality in only DC and four states: New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Vermont. Even Massachusetts is 48% yeas and 45% nays.
so is it fair to say that we can just assume that DC, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont and Massachusetts don’t care about the law and the constitution? me thinks yes.
