What is the legality on this issue? Does Reid have the authority to refuse to seat the nominee?
Reid understands the selling of a Senate seat. He bought his from the Mafia and the Unions
Reid doesn’t, but my understanding is that the Senate, as a body, can decline to seat anyone either appointed or elected.
