I know the area well; I used to live in those apts. just south of the big Grace church on Worth-Galena Rd. The complex is now called Polaris Pointe, I think...but back when I lived there it was "Club Worthington."Long ago, I was a Regional Manager for Little Caesar's. One of my stores was in the Kroger plaza on Park Rd. It was a nightmare.
