I doubt Hillary has enough influence in N.Y. to do so.

Clearly entreched establishsment figures are against her though.

This appointment could be very telling as to who has the most pull and favors to call in within the state.

I have to think just on the surface the idea of the Kennedy’s not sticking to MASS has probably rubbed many NY Democrats in the wrong way. I doubt they look with favor at having two states becoming heriditary stomping grounds for that family.

Last week I read where they consider this Robert Kennedy’s seat and feel it is a right of the Kennedy family to take it back. No lack of hubris in the Kennedy clan.
