Those are the opinions of attorneys, practicing in the state and federal courts systems.

They are not misrepresentations, they are legal opinion.

You may have a different reading of the law and a different opinion.

But, they are not misrepresentations because you say so.

The ones that are actually legal cites are legal opinion, but they don't say what they are being portrayed as saying.

That's true. They are misrepresentations because they claim those citations say something they don't.
