I am appalled at this thread and the poster who started it.

Lately FR is full of people who remind me of the taliban in their vitrioll and just meanness.

They would like to see this country fall, the economy tank rather than see Obama have any success.

Call me what anyone likes but that is what I see and I am sticking to it.

We do not want to see the country gone into a depression and that is exactly why we need to fight and stop Obama domestic socialist agenda. We do not want our terrorist enemies to win and that why we to fight and stop Obama defeatist foreign policy agenda. We do not want the country to be ruled by left wing judges who will give abortionists and left wing ideology more power than they ever had and that why we need to fight and stop Obama left wing liberal social policies.

I want real peace and prosperity for our nation. Should it come under Obama he will take credit for it and I think that sucks. But I still want it. We need to love America more then we hate Obama.

We don’t need to one-up the left in how they treated Bush. They were downright mean and dirty and hatefull to Bush. I like to think conservatives tend to be better people then that.

If it is true, like I and most FReepers believe, that socialism and communism cannot succeed and have never succeeded, then why should anyone stand by while the country is being destroyed?

Success by Obama means the destruction of the U.S. and it's economy and its constitution. So, why should we wish Obama any success at all?

No! Just the opposite! We want Odumbo to fail because if he succeeds (i.e., he gets his agenda and plans for us enacted and enforced) America is toast. I want Odumbo to fail miserably. I mean, if you were a German in 1933 and you knew who Hitler was and what he represented and still you wanted him to succeed then you would be just as complict as he in what eventually transpired.
