I would rather have the Bricker Amendment.
It would not allow any treaty to override our Constitution.
As Treaties now are above our Constitution.

I cannot accept this as true. No treaty can override the Constitution. To amend the Constitutions requires 3/4 of the states to ratify, a treaty a majority of the Senate. The Bricker Amendment must be a way to tell Justice Kennedy to keep his hands off foreign law.

How about an amendment:

2/3 of both houses to raise taxes and spending and a simple majority to lower them.
