Leadership means having a defined agenda, a plan to achieve it, and a prompt factual response to your detractors, so much so that many of those on the fence or the other side of the argument become some of your biggest supporters. Like his father, GWB has turned out to be a brutal disappointment from a conservative standpoint and a mealy mouthed 98 pound weakling when it came to confronting his opposition and outlining his positions to the public. Good Riddance!

I beg to differ. Leadership means the ability to have followers. Nothing more nor less. President George W Bush demonstrably has that ability.

Not this Conservative. In my view he has been a fine War-time President. Every other consideration is secondary: America is at War and President George W Bush prosecuted that war competently and to the best of his ability.

You mean like Saddam Hussein? I seem to recall he had Saddam hanged.

His positions on the WOT were well-understood by the public. Everything else was a sideshow that did not merit his attention. Winning the WOT was (and is) everything that matters.

Let’s see how you feel after His Excellency Barack Hussein Obama Dada’s first four years. I bet you will look back fondly at GWB.
