Actually it's not. People here are inventing Constitutional definitions for the sole purpose of trying to disqualify Obama from presidential eligibility. Wanting this fiction to be true doesn't make it so.
Ping me when SCOTUS grants cert. Until then, I'll just go on maintaining that the Constitution is perfectly clear on this matter as there is absolutely no activity in the courts to lead me to believe otherwise.

And what pray tell is the clear meaning of the constitution on this matter?
“Any talented con man who arguably was born in one of the four states where birth certificates are private by statute must be allowed the presumption of being a natural born citizen”?
Did I get it right? Or do you have some other “clear meaning” to propose?
The Supreme Court of course does not always get the last word. In December 1856 Chief Justice Taney wrote for a 7-2 majority:
“They had for more than a century before been regarded as beings of an inferior order, and altogether unfit to associate with the white race, either in social or political relations; and so far inferior, that they had no rights which the white man was bound to respect; and that the negro might justly and lawfully be reduced to slavery for his benefit.”
It turned out that that wasn’t exactly crystal clear, was it?
There is no clear agreement who is a natural born citizen under Article 2, or who is to enforce the provision. It does seem crystal clear that Barry Obama is hiding something of a serious nature. Just because someone says “it’s crystal clear” that will not make this grave constitutional crisis go away.
No one will have to ping you, you’ll be peeing yourself with anticipation to ridicule and insult, and gloat.
