South of Lake Michigan. Just tons of lake effect snow. That was over 3 days, so 2 to 3 feet a day accumulation. It didn’t stop until the wind changed direction. It was amazing.
Last big snow I was in was a few years ago up in the Wasatch mts. while skiing. A half hour drive down off the mt. turned into 5 hours. Fortunately I rented a Hummer and got off the mt OK, but a bunch of skiers in cars and smaller suvs were stuck up there a lot longer.
“Just tons of lake effect snow.”
Boy, I’ll say!
Wow!
